Updated October 21, 2026 plain language; the whole policy is this page
This site collects almost nothing about you. Here is the whole of it, in 5 short parts.
What this site collects
- The contact form. It has 3 fields: your name, your email and your message. They go to desk@arubaday.com. They sit on the site's own server so you can get an answer. That's the only use. No list, no newsletter.
- Server logs. Like every site, this one records the address your request came from, the page and the time. It's there for security. Nothing ties it to your name.
- Google Analytics. It counts which pages get read and which booking buttons get clicked. It doesn't get your name.
- Nothing else. No account and no ad pixels. No advertising cookies, no chat widget.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own and no advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets 2: _ga and _ga_MEZ3VD9N17. They tell a returning visitor from a new one and last up to 2 years unless you clear them. You can block them in your browser, and the site works the same without them.
Links to other sites
Tour buttons open Viator. Links to the port, the airport, the park and the resort open their own sites. Each has its own policy. A Viator link carries 1 identifier: it tells Viator the click came from arubaday, so the commission on the disclosure page can be paid. It does not tell me who you are.
Your rights
Write to desk@arubaday.com. Ask what the site holds about you, or ask to correct or delete it. You'll hear back within 2 days. Form messages are deleted on request; otherwise they stay as long as the conversation is useful for a follow-up.
Who runs the site
arubaday.com is an independent site written by Mila Croes. Reach the publisher at desk@arubaday.com. This page changes only when the practice changes; the date at the top is the date of the last change.
