Can you drive to the Natural Pool yourself?

Only in a 4x4. The last stretch is a rock track inside Arikok, and a regular car won't make it. Check your rental contract before you take a 4x4 off the paved road. A tour, a horse or your feet get you there too; UTVs and ATVs are banned in the park.

Is the Arikok park fee included in jeep tours?

It depends on the operator. AGW, EZ Raider, Cross Aruba and Pelican include it. So do De Palm and Around Aruba's shared tour. Fofoti leaves it to you at the gate, $22 per adult. ABC collects its own charge of $25 a person at check-in, and RockaBeach doesn't say.

Which jeep tour is best from a cruise ship?

AGW at 9 a.m. for 4 hours, or Cross Aruba at 8:15 a.m. for 5 hours; both pick up at the terminal and include the park fee. ABC's tours don't take Carnival passengers. Check the return time against your all-aboard.

How long is a jeep tour to the Natural Pool?

The pool itself is the same on every tour. A rock basin on the north coast, and 20 to 60 minutes at the pool when the rangers open it. If they close it, ask your operator what the tour does instead. What differs is the loop around it, the food and who pays the $22 park fee. ABC's half day is the one I sold you most often at the desk: morning or afternoon, lunch on the morning run.

For a whole day, ABC's Island Safari adds Baby Beach, the lighthouse and a BBQ lunch in 8 hours. Fofoti has the lowest base price, $78 plus $22 at the gate. Pelican is $87 with the park in, the lowest all-in price here. ABC collects its own $25 a person at check-in.
